Server client bug

I recently started up a server, me and my pal got in and started building. Then he "noticed" he had no sound, restarted Tekkit and then... He couldnt freaking join my server, error in cmd is:

What the heck does this mean?

it means you didn't listen to a damn thing you were told in your OTHER thread about this. do you have some kind of condition that prevents you from reading the important parts of text? at what point in time did you decide that "post first, read later" was a really swell way to operate? I am giving you some time to think on these things. I suggest that you use it wisely, but I have little hope that you will.
