1 gig of ram in your computer? That sounds like it's your problem, not the games. Go spend a few bucks on some ram.

The point is that I have stil 700 MB free of the 1 gb allocated... Wich is just weird that the server just uses 300 mb and the responses of blocks breaking/placing is still good.

This is not a Tekkit issue, it's liquids in general.

Explain then why it takes 1 minut to let water flow just one block... And i can dig under lava without a problem, it will just float if it was magic...

Waterflow isnt related to the RAM, please provide more info like is it a rented server, something u host and more serverspecs please.

It sounds like tickissues. Try to install Lagmeter, and see what that tells you. When you have done that, we can take if from there (issue is familiar)

You realize that you're saying you're running a minecraft server on a computer with 1 gig of ram, and allocating that 1 gig, to the server right? Because XP will soak up 512MB of that easy if you let it, not to mention if you're playing on that computer as well, minecraft will fight for ram...

Just installed nolagg hope it will work! Tick rates are on 100% (20 tick/second) but first... SLEEP!
