How do i use an aqueous accumulator to power pulverizers and powered furnaces

You can't.

 

You can, however, use it to provide water to a Steam Engine which burns coal/charcoal/etc to power pulverizers and powered furnaces.

What is the best source of fuel for the steam engine? Or most renewable and obtainable? Please answer.

The best source of fuel is lava. The most renewable would be charcoal since it comes from trees which can be infinite. If you get a magma crucible you can turn cobblestone into lava. So get a quarry running and use that cobblestone to make lava which you can use to power your engine. Steam/Stirling engines are worse than a combustion engine.
