Power Flower not working

So i just setup a Power Flower configuration on my own server which i know stays on, but when i log out the condenser doesn't seem to gain EMC, even though it does when im logged in. Whats even more strange is that there are other people on my server with Power Flowers which work overnight. Any ideas on how to fix?

My apologies to both of you, i thought that chunk loading blocks were only for SSP, I am eternally grateful to you!
