Modpack crash when create world

When i create a world on single player, it crashes the game and takes you back to the launcher, i have tried to look at the crash report but i dont know whats causing it becuase the mods i see havnt done anything before.

What mod pack are you using? If it's an official

One please report it in the tracker

No its a mod pack that i made and it had 33 mods that needed updating so i did and then it didn't launch

When i try launch the modpack it just closes, i know this might have something todo with a core mod, but i tried sorting it out but i just dont know/

• When requesting help, always provide a link to the modpack API URL instead of the hosted file link.
• You have a version of Thaumcraft which requires a minimum of Forge #1208 but have #1207 as your modpack.jar.
• The version of Random Things you have installed requires a minimum of Forge #1217.

Addressing these issues allowed me to start your modpack.

• When you say API URL what do you mean?
• How do you find that out so i can learn from it? becuase i have learned so much about errors and stuff but how would i understand this type? as in what do i look for in the log?
