Technic Launcher Problem

Operating System: Windows 64bit

Version of Java:1.7.0_04

Description of Problem: I double click the icon for Technic Launcher, It starts up and checks the launcher and all, but when it goes to the Title Rectangle saying "Technic Launcher" it just sits there, and does nothing else. The Title Rectangle sits there and unless i Ctrl+Alt+Del and force close the application itself, it will stay there and the actual launcher will not pop up.

Antivirus program:An outdated Panda Global Protection. Almost 7 Months out-of-date.

To Shadow: How long does the Tile stay there? It takes a while to launch it. Also, add Technic to the exclusions in your AV.

Well I have no idea what happened but it has started working again. Also the reason my AV isn't updated is because i must renew it and i don't have the money. it hasn't been renewed for 387 days XD
