All NEI time buttons set the time to dawn

Description of Problem: Each NEI time button set the time to dawn or 6:00. Happens in server, havent tested in SSP yet.

Not Quite.

Because the old Tekkit used CommandBook for its /time command it used to work.

Command books time took real time in its params - such as /time 12 would make it 12o'clock.

However, as CommandBook isnt installed by default any more, the /time set command uses Ticks.

Long story short, install a plugin that allows the /time function to operate at a "real time" level, or reinstall CommandBook :)

It still happens even with a plugin for time. It's a bug with the current version of NEI that we use. The problem is the new version has a broken creative button so yup.
