Light Sensors

So, Why exactly does the light sensor go on at night? I've been having trouble with it and it does not seem to want to turn off.

Get it away from light sources and use the screwdriver and shift+right click to close the eye to the lowest level. At night, there is still light and unless you close the 'eye' and remove other light sources, it will continue to provide a signal.

I use mine at the lowest setting so it turns my lights on at night and when it's raining (with a NOT gate, of course).
