PEX ModifyWorld Disabled items still work

I'm having problems getting lines 52-54 to work in-game. I'm using the modifyworld item nodes within PermissionsEx, and users are still able to craft, have, and drop the items they shouldn't.

All my negative comments precede the positive ones. I can't find any other reason why this isn't working. As far as I know all my other permissions work fine.

don't mind my comments, those are added for personal reference.

Mod items need an x in front of them. Example: modifyworld.blocks.place.x128

I made the suggested change and the problem persists.

I was pretty thorough in reading the wiki, but users can still craft the items I have disabled.

edit: as a side note I forgot to mention, item restrictions and modifyworld are enabled in the config, this is implemented and tested.

Set "debug: true" in the PermissionsEx config.yml, and in the server log you'll be able to see exactly what permission node it's testing for whenever you try to craft or place something.

I set the debug to true for my log file, but its not showing entries for modded blocks. Skip to lines 257 when Chysalis logged in. In this session he crafted a nova catalyst and placed it on the ground, then proceeded to break grass, then logged out.

Is there any reason why other blocks are not showing in the log file?

I might also mention I have essentials installed. Are there any conflicting settings in that config?

We concluded it's an issue with the host, we will be cancelling our service. Thanks for the recommendations anyways!
