Server Crashed, and Won't Restart.

Well, my server crashed after spamming Buildcraft Null World errors (Log of original Crash http://pastebin.com/MzDJEb9Y) and everytime I've tried to restart it after that crash it has given multiple errors, including one about a block ID already being in use and one about Modloader NOT initializing (Error Report hs_err_pid1014 http://pastebin.com/nUQmewtv). Nothing was changed after that original crash and I don't know what to do, I've tried changing the map, replacing all files with the originals, and changing settings; nothing has worked (What showed last time I tried to restart it http://pastebin.com/HdX8Vh3c). Someone please help. :(

What version of Tekkit are you using?

We had a similar issue, but our server didnt break. What we did was reinstall all of it, importing back the map we used, and it was all fine again. This happend for us when we moved server. Just copying it over messed shit up, so we had to reinstall tekkit, and the plugins we used. After that, it was all fine again.

I finally did fix it, instead of replacing all the files individually I just removed everything but the map and did a fresh install.
