I just added Thermal Expansion, Thermal Foundation and Coch core and I updated Galaticraftcore, Galaticraft Planets and micdoodlecore and now It crashes every time I create and enter a new world

now I want to make a server download how would I do that? (this applies to both modpacks)

so I removed the Still Hungry mod but now it opens as vanilla
