Technic will not download

hi,

ive recently downloaded the technic launcher,insert my paid mojang account and tried to download some modpacks,

the launcher says to me that it cant download something, and it says the same thing with my personal modpack,can you help me?

this is the error:

 

file download error of the following pack:the minebetterpack

failed to download .......link.......

please contact the mod author.

 

ive attached the real error photo in italian at the end of the question.

 

i don't really know but i think i missed some passages in the making of the pack to upload on mediafire so if you know how to make it id like to know it.
