No mods work

On my laptop technic launcher works but when using my desktop not a single mod works, ive done everything i can with java and reinstalled both that and the launcher and mods. Everything. Nothing still seems to be working. I'm running windows 10, 32 gb ram, gtx 1060 3gb, what could be my issue?
