add items yourself to the core.yml?
for example under the blocks section add.

to lock the iron chest's
You don't need the sub-block id's for it. Simply just one 181 will cover all the iron chests.

CodeChickenCore does not properly parse only LF line endings (usually switched by an editor like VI). The solution is to convert the WirelessRedstone.cfg file back to CRLF line endings.

If this is happening on your server you can delete the NEI file from the server side mods folder to resolve the issue for now.

This is probably unrelated to anything with your settings and just has to do with Minecraft's login servers being incredibly broken and slow all day today.

I don't know man... it sounds like you are suggesting we change because you don't like how we do things here. Thing is, I don't think you actually understand at all how we do things here. On top of that... if you don't like Cheapshot's art you should probably go get bent anyways.

Are you using the latest development build or the latest recommend build? You should be using the latest development build.

This has nothing to do with Tekkit. It's just Minecrafts login servers being wonky at the moment. Keep trying to connect.
