  1. Clear the cache from the launcher options, remove %appdata%/.techniclauncher and redownload.
  2. Working fine Damage is taken but no health is reduced.
  3. I figured that by making a 6 blocks long 3x3 hollow tube, placing the sensor in the back facing the other end and having the end the sensor if facing at open. This tube simply filters some of the light outside so the sensor is in a dark enough place when its night and in a bright enough place when its day. Just make sure it wont get any excess light at all, eg. place the tube in a high position, away from all your lights.
  4. I want to make automatic lights when its dark outside, but the light sensor seems to only be off when it is completely dark. Is there any way for it to be off when it is night?
  5. I have an automatic farm, which has one farmland, surrounded by a block breaker, a deployer for seeds and a deployer for bonemeal. When the breaker takes the wheat, some seeds come too. I am sorting the wheat and seeds to the seeds to back to the seed deployer and the wheat goes to a chest. But the seed deployer gets filled very easily, causing the whole system to jam. How can i dispose the unwanted seeds?

  9. A set of chunks is loaded around each player, so you need to get chunk loader blocks at your stuff. The blocks force-load the current chunk and 4 chunks around it, as in a + shape. Use the chunk loader blocks at your base and your quarries and some other stuff you might have at a long distance.
  10. Some admin/mod, please make a sticky thread clearly saying there is no 1.2.5 server yet.
  11. 'Latest' is not enough. Do you have the recommended build or the development build of Tekkit? And do you have Java 7? Its required now to run Tekkit. And which one of the logs you took? launcher_0.log is the correct one.
  12. Just logged in, the launcher announced a Tekkit update. As a reflex, i checked the Technic website and nothing was there. So what was the update about?
  13. Ask your friend about the crash message and log, the log can be found at %AppData%/.techniclauncher/logs/launcher_0.log. How exactly your friend cannot join? The server is not found or the server rejects connection?
  14. IC2 Advanced Machines require you to use Java 7. There is a link for it in the Technic Pack website.

  17. It cannot be blocked, since it's a client mod. You can only hide your stuff from it with different techniques.

  19. Thanks, i dont really care about Forestry removal, the only thing i used it for was the electrical engines, which i have replaced with energy links. The automatic farming was fun, though :(
  20. Since RedPower is the only mod not updated for 1.2.5, the update will be here soon me thinks. And as Forestry is being removed, i have two questions about i couldn't find answers to. 1. I know that playing a world that has stuff from Forestry will cause the stuff to be air blocks until a mod uses the same IDs as Forestry did. That will cause world corruption, so is there any way after the update to convert my world so the Forestry blocks will be just air, nothing else. As i have a multiplayer server in which i have a huge base, i don't want the world to be corrupted and lose all that hard work. 2. I heard that some developer will make Forestry work with Tekkit again, but when another mod comes that uses the Forestry IDs, will some developer continue to support Forestry or will i have to change the IDs all the time to stop conflictions?
