That's a local address, you'll need to set your router to forward 25565 and then get your external IP address to allow someone else to connect. I use no-ip.com to get a free forwarder for my friends to play on a server that's hosted at my house.

I think your upload speed might be a bit low for 30 people, I think that you'll need closer to 10Mbps for 30 people.

What's the second transformer for? I power my pumps at 120 and they work. If you used a wrench to place the pump, remove it and place it perfectly (no turning with a wrench). If I use a wrench on one it won't attach to my generic pipe or operate.

We kept out 1.0.8 map when we did the upgrade to 1.0.11 and had no major problems. Running the same map on the 1.0.12 server.
