Disable EE from transmuting a specific item

Im curious if you can make it so the emc you get from the item is lower than the cost to transmute the item. Like getting 1 cobblestone by transmuting 2 of them. -

lol, same for me. And...we just got our server up, so world corruptions no big deal for us. Heck, if it breaks the server for a day, and corrupts the worlds, I'd be fine with it. -

Yea, I'd noticed a few people saying they had it updated..as well as a thread asking about the use of 1.2 servers with tekkit. So I was curious if/how it could be done. -

...perhaps read more closely. Im not asking ETA, im asking if it' possible to use the updated version of the mods with Tekkit. -
Please note, this is in no way a thread complaining on Tekkit, just something to keep up with what version mods are currently in. I understand that Tekkit, and the technic packs makers have lives, this is mostly for impatient people. And to anyone saying "These are already updated! Why won't those lazy guys at tekkit update?" It's not quiet that simple. From what I've heard, it kinda goes like this. Basically this, but with 20 modders or more, instead of three. If even one of them doesn't update, or skips an update, Tekkit has to wait for them, or exclude them from Tekkit, as one version of thier mod might be incompatible with the current versions of others mods. One of the modders not updating, or skipping the current version can stall the entire thing. And this is a list of the mods, and thier current versions.

Quiet a few of Tekkit's mods have updated to 1.2, or later. Is it possible to use the updated bukkit versions of them to get the server to 1.2?
