check if you CPU usage is @ 100%. if it is then we found the source of your lag.if not then it might be hamitchi.

if you cant get ur ip then its a number of things. if its ur porting then you need to correctly set ur port forwarding. if its your ip routing then you need to set ur ip in ur .propertys file

it depends on that text it is. if its form minecraft and not a mod or plugin, i think you have to modify the java code. if its a mod or plugin, you can generally modify the text Threw its .cfg file

is the hamachi internet adapter still showing up in your network adapters? if so disable it, and that should fix it.
