few plugins working. world edit and lockette not working

I start the tekkit lite server but he stop in the middle of the starting processus. And also the tekkit launcher dont update. So I can't do nothing with tekkit lite. I can't connect on the server using the laucher. I followed your instructions and connect manually with the laucher. I installed 2 plugins: world edit and bpermissions. They are ok and loaded on server. I tried to connect without them and I have the same problem. When I tried to connect the laucher stop on Mojang page. I stand 5 minutes and nothing happened.
