ok I see the problem one of the mods you want to use doesn't like to work in singleplayer, I found the problem damage indicators mod doesn't want to work in singleplayer.

generate configs and it will work, I recommend using the technic pack vanilla with build 1.5.1 and putting everything where it needs to be.

it needs to be in the root of the folder.

MySQL is only needed if you plan to have a database file with perms in it otherwise you don't really need it, but don't quote me on that as im kinda new to doing perms.

its a combo of forge and craftbukkit, It allows plugins plus mods to run together. if you need more info mcportcentral has a wiki on MCPC +.

all the op was asking for was a power mod and ik ue is buggy but atleast it works.

oh my bad, its Voltz.jar, rename MCPC + l25 to Voltz.jar, then run server, I can do the rename for ya if your a bit confused by all this and put in my dropbox.

That's a risk worth taking considering you can report bugs found to the mod authors fourms or github.
