This is one of the best forums I've ever visited in my whole Minecraft life. So funny, I lol watching all the hilarious posts. This is now the first place I go to instead of the Minecraft Forums. This forum has the admins that I always wanted and expected to see in such a forum. I mean, where else can you find admins with such humour? Best part of all is that this place and the Technic Launcher were my inspiration to go and re-apply as a guest on the Voxel Box. Thanks to you guys, I'm now a guest. :)

It's 3D! I shat bricks after seeing this. I used a CSS script called 3D iT! by Edan Kwan todo this. It also works on most pages like Facebook.

I'd go for Faithful. It comes with a fair bit of mod support (Check last few pages, people have been updating them), Makes minecraft look smoother, and if it dosen't support a mod the textures don't really look out of place.

Well... Obelisks have nothing todo with your research. The only thing that helps are the items you get from those Void Interfaces and chests. Stick those in your Quaesitum (That compendium or whatever you called it, your writing table.), and put some items as a booster. If the research is successful you'll get a fragment of some knowledge tree, depending on what you researched. After that research that fragment, to get a theory for a specific item. Research this theory 5 times to get a piece of paper which shows the crafting recipe for the item. You do know I learnt all that from the thaumcraft 2 wiki? If this dosen't help I'll try my best to ans the rest of your questions. I've practically read the entire wiki.

I don't care what it takes to make this "renewable" fuel, or how long it will burn actually. I just need a replacement for fuel. The electric engines I can understand. Is that possible with your current knowledge level of modding? And 1 more, electrical engine replacement. I can't do away with those just yet. :P

Forestry was the core of my Power Plant. It provided the biofuel needed for those 20 combustion engines. Now I have to use oil. Which is finite. Or switch to steam engines. I've seen an auto-harvesting tree farm design somewhere, it pushes the wood to 1 side, I can break it with block breakers and turn it into coal. Problem is that I can't cool they'll overheat, so I can't run them continuously. :(

Well generally I would rather not install it unless it comes with the technic pack. Oh well, I'll have to go exploring. On the good side though, there's TC2. Thanks.

That's sad. I mean, if I were part of the technic team I would start negotiating with an apology or something. Nevermind. I have to find a replacement. I need a renewable source of oil. I was thinking "if ARRRRG can do it, why not technic?"

Well I don't intend to start a flame war here, apologies if I do. Anyway I've noticed that the changelog states that Forestry has removed the Technic-breaking code thingy, so after this will the technic team ever try to negotiate with SirSengir again to add Forestry into the technic pack again? I mean, SirSengir mentioned somewhere that ARRRG's Minecraft Overhaul modpack asked him for permission and thus he gave it to them. I just wonder if that would ever be possible. Forestry has done a lot for my Technic experience, I would love to have it back if I could. Personally I don't think SirSengir's as bad as flowerchild. (No offense to him)

It's not that hard to find the mod textures. Just unzip every mod you see in the "mods" folder, and take out every image file in the minecraft.jar. That should work.

Can you try to spell better next time? I can put a mining drill at the top of the map and cobblestone tubes at the top of the map at layer 128 with no crash. Maybe ur mods folder is wrong. Rename EE2mod.zip to zEE2mod.zip or sumting like tat.

hi I hve a Mac too so i dled the launcher and it wurled perfuctly fur me as I can play technic pack wothout seeing behind the floor so maybe its not yoiur launcher fault bla bla please help my english is ok. Please be more polite on the forums next time. As for your problem it might be related to Minecraft itself, not the launcher. Jar and Mac launchers work fine for me though.

I prefer 1 Block Slab Strip and 1 Slab of the same material for that. The wooden Microblocks also look great when it comes to decorating trees.

Nah, gates and some redstone can help in Combustion management.

Agreed. I got mine from a friend. Thank Notch for getting married. Without the promotion I wouldn't be here now. Like a lot of people said, go make your own technic pack with offline installation then. Anyway, posting here in such a ridiculously open space will get you banned. It's like yelling "WE SHOULD BE GIVEN PERMISSION TO ROB BANKS" in open daylight. This campaign seems to go nowhere.
