That happens to me all the tiem.

A certain user has stolen a bunch of items from various players on my server, and I believe he has put all the items he stole in a strongbox in what was his base before I banned him. He has the strongbox set to "Owner Only." I tried to use MCEdit to change the access to Public, but the application refused to cooperate. This has apparently been going on for some time and users have only just now noticed it, so rolling back the server is not an option. (eg, "Hey, that's where my X got off to!") How do I get the items out of his strongbox and back to their rightful owners?

Maybe you're on peaceful difficulty?

Try using a Block Mover from Random Things.

The Technic crew has done a "Feature Freeze" on all 1.6.4 modpacks, so this will probably not be added in for a while, possibly not at all depending on how long it takes Artifice to update.
