  1. When I use a saw in the crafting square with glowstone, no available output is given. So I can't cut/microblock glowstone at all... doesn't even work with any chiseled version of glowstone... help... me... please... EDIT: Just kidding, I feel stupid now. Thanks brain.
  2. IGN: Mr_Looney65 AGE: 15 Why do you want to join?: I want to join because I am looking for a small group of mature people to play Attack of the B-Team with. Skype: Not putting my skype on here, but I have one and I will give it if accepted. Country: United States What do you consider yourself best at in Minecraft (optional): I am not sure if I have a strong point but I'm good at thinking up ideas and such.
  3. Like I said before, the direct link doesn't work using dropbox and simply gives me the error "You must provide a valid link to your custom zip" on the modpack editing page.
  4. I tried dropbox and mediafire... The dropbox direct link is not allowed in the modpack edit page. And the mediafire link doesn't work with in the launcher and gives me the same error message...
  5. Nevermind, I got it to upload to the website using mediafire as the uploaded site, and I get this... http://www.mediafire.com/view/owoubb4q3ihh4rh/Capture_error.PNG
  6. I know it has been a while, but I just haven't had the time... I copied a "1.6.4.jar" file and renamed it "Modpack.jar" and I run it and it just doesn't work? Does the config folder appear when I actually succeed to run the Modpack.jar file? And I'm just assuming the mod folder just needs to be dropped into the Modpack.jar file... Is there something I'm doing wrong?
  7. So I have everything that I want, I followed the instructions on the main page of the Technic Platform on how to make a Modpack. I made 4 folders: "bin" (Which includes all the Minecraft 1.6.4 class files and folders that are in the original 1.6.4 minecraft.jar) "config" (I didn't have anything in the folder because I am certainly not a coder and I am not sure what to do) "coremods" (Which I put all of the specified core mods in, I don't think forge is a core mod if I am correct) and "mods" (Where I put all of my specified mod files, all of the .zip's and .jar's). I then added them to an archive onto my desktop named "MyModpack.jar" just to see if it would run... sadly it did not... the window just says it is an invalid or corrupt file. I think I might be missing the other file from the original Version folder for 1.6.4 as in the .json file. However, I am not sure how it all works, as in where would the file be placed in the .jar, since I have never tooken a proper computer class in my life, most of my knowledge is based off of the internet. I also noticed that the small tutorial looks somewhat outdated so maybe the process has changed? Any feedback is appreciated! Thank You!
  8. I also have a few other questions -Which mod replants seeds when right clicked on a fully grown crop? -What mod allows sorting by clicking "R" or "Mouse3"? -Which mod has the advanced options menu when you press "O"? (I think it might be forge but I am not sure...) -What mod in Attack of the B team and Big Dig, allows more frequent ore generating?
  9. So I am building a new modpack and I was wondering if I got a newer version of Minecraft Forge, if it would work with all of the mods that I have included, or do I need the specific needed version of Forge for each mod. If that makes sense... feel free to answer. Thank You!
  10. Well there is no crash log so it might be on my computer's end, sometimes the modpack says (Not Responding) but that's just because it takes so long to load.
  11. I traveled to the Nether to get some more cobalt ore to make some more manyullyn powder stuff, and I go in and get some and see magma cube, so I fly over there and try to kill it and I get flame damage from those nether flowers and the cubes then I got stuck in a wall and my game crashed so there was no tombstone or marker of my death. I had End Game tools and a backpack full of bits and pieces of tools from other mods... FML..
  12. I haven't been able to play Attack Of The B-Team at all for one simple reason, it's way too slow and it bugs me. I can handle normal Minecraft at 80-110 FPS and I don't understand why I can't get at least 40 FPS on this modpack. Here are my computer stats: Model: XPS L502X Manufacturer: Dell Processor: i5-2450M 2.5GHz GPU: GeForce GT 540M (Fully Updated) RAM: 6GB 64-bit Operating System I just do not understand why some people with worse computers than mine can handle Attack Of The B-Team so well. I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE!!!
  13. So, I discovered Attack of The B-Team and other modpacks while on YouTube the other day. So I downloaded the technic launcher, allocated more memory (3GB) and clicked play. Everything loaded perfectly, and then I created a new world which did take longer than usual (but I'm guessing that's normal since all of the mods). Then, I let it sit and load like usual for 10 seconds, but still I encounter the problem that I only get about 3-18 FPS. So I downloaded 1.6.4 Optifine, set it up like it is on my normal Minecraft, but still I only get about 10-20 FPS while playing the game. But on normal Minecraft (Up to maybe 3 Mods) I can run it at close to a stable 100 FPS. Here's My CPU Specs: Model: XPS L502X Manufacturer: Dell Processor: i5-2450M 2.5GHz GPU: GeForce GT 540M (Fully Updated) RAM: 6GB 64-bit Operating System ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!
