sorry, but is this possible on a mac, and can you tell me how because i dont really know how to do the things you said

Im having a problem too, everytime i hop into my world it drops frames so much, it takes me a couple seconds to turn a little bit block lag is also a problem, can anyone help (im also on a mac)
