I attempted to make a modpack, i followed the full technic guide, the mod downloaded and everything except when i ran it, it was a vanilla game, none of the mods seemed to work. please help

I am having a similar issue, what do you mean by the contents of the modpack archive are in a subfolder.

I recently have been working on a modpack for my friend and myself and have done all of the necessary steps in order to finish it according to the guide from technic. Then, when i load the modpack it is vanilla, no mods are loaded into it. I have no clue what i need to do, can someone please help me.
