    I have an extremely similar issue but in my case minecraft never opens seems to only work with 2 GB i upped mine to 5 GB and everything quit working

    I believe i have a similar problem mine only started when i gave the launcher more RAM

    Title says it all I went into launcher options and gave it 5 GB to use and now modpacks aren't laggy, but they wont start at all, it starts to load the modpack like it is going to work then just closes the launcher and never starts the game, will include the logs https://pastebin.com/BU8Hwnwd
