Well, that's not really true. Soartex Fanver and Faithful 32x have tekkit support and they aren't in these forums. You can find a full list of packs here. I don't see a tron themed one there.

Check in your NEI options, put it into cheat mode and try pressing R. If that doesn't work restart Technic, this usually works for me.

It's technic as a whole thats being affected, not just yogbox. I mean they will update the patch I hope.

Definitely open world sandbox and RPG games, pretty much any Bethesda or Rockstar game. Love me some Skyrim, Fallout NV, GTA SA, GTA IV and Minecraft. I also like things like Farming Simulator and Rollercoaster Tycoon.

I just downloaded Technic and Tekkit fine, Hack/Mine and YogBox seem to be where the problems are arising, I haven't tried downloading VoxelBox as I have no clue what it is.

I suggest just going to amazon, they have quite a lot of sellers that offer a wide range of computers. I found a few decent ones at low price and good specs. Try searching for gaming pc there, I know it sounds vague but it works.

How about no? That never fixes anything for me. The last log I have was when the launcher last crashed, there is none related to this issue.

Quite irrelevant as I can download every other modpack without issue but it's Microsoft Security Essentials.

This happens just after clicking login where it checks for minecraft and yogbox updates. Error Messages: 'Update Failed!' Error Log: N/A

I only join servers with nothing banned, so there is an advantage.

It really annoys me that a horde of twelve year olds and tekkit newbies have started to jump straight into tekkit servers without knowing a thing about tekkit, or the newbies that are only playing because the yogscast is, I know they are bringing a bit more activity to the forums and the launcher but it's so annoying to see someone ask me what an electric furnace is for, or how to make a macerator. Anyone agree with me? "when will tekkit 1.3.1 be out, i want it plz" - I saw that on the minecraft forums...
