  1. Well, would you look at that... RULES: No: Swearing --> spamming <-- Griefing Murdering Creating Giant Lag Machines Stealing
  2. So you were probably spamming. When I'm in a server, I don't like my screen flooded with text, especially when its not game related. Smarten up next time.
  3. If I load anything other than a recommended build, I do so under the assumption that things aren't always going to go the way they should be, but I forfeit the right to complain until the next recommended build hits. Some people view things differently I guess. Entitlement will do that to you.
  4. I'd like to join someone's server if at all possible. Or if there's enough demand, I can set one up myself too. My Minecraft screenname is CrashMurphy.
  5. Doesn't say much for you, but doesn't say much for that parking brake either. I strolled into the womens restroom during a hockey game accidentally. Lucky for me it was empty.
  6. While not a complete overhaul, look into Deus Ex: New Vision. Maybe it'll be enough to get you into it a little more, although truth be told I never made it past Hell's Kitchen either. And I didn't mind DE2:IW at all really. Sure it reviewed poorly, but it helps that I couldn't give a rats ass what reviewers think. Also helps that I got it cheap on Steam, so even if I did hate it, what's a couple bucks. Have you gotten far enough that you can pick a "side" yet?
  7. That's weird. Because I've switched between 6.0.7 and 7.1.0 and I can't find it in either. Edit: I'm an idiot. I wasn't paying attention and thought this was the Technic forums, not Tekkit. I'm gonna go post there now.
  8. I started a fresh world so I didn't have to fiddle with world conversion or anything. But is there any particular reason energy links were removed?
  9. Hamachi didn't always suck, until they drastically reduced the number of people you could have on the network in the free version. But like everyone else who was trying to be helpful said, just run a server and properly forward the ports, then give the people outside the network the public ip address, whereas you'll have to use the network ip address of the computer you're trying to connect to if its on the same LAN.
  10. When you say 'checked your firewall', which firewall did you check? Windows Firewall? Firewall provided by antivirus/internet security program (Kaspersky for example)? Hardware firewall (router?) Did you have some ports forwarded that could have got reset? If you're not on a static IP, maybe you'll have to change the ip address you use to log in? Bunch of variables here.
