Never mind, all you have to do is make sure the server isn't running when you delete the bag data.

I'm about to start a new Tekkit world and I am trying to figure out how to clear the inventories of alchemy bags. I have tried deleting the data files in the world folder but they just regenerated. Any help is appreciated.

However thats only for applying to be a moderator, not a member. You do not have to apply to be a member, just join and agree to the rules then you get permission to do stuff

That would be WorldGuard http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/worldguard/ I have also gotten it to block Nuke block damage. which is awesome
