Seeing the amount of files that go into the minecraft.jar and the fact that it does require Forge now, yeah, I don't think that THAT still makes it compatible with other forge mods.

Someone however on the IC2 forums (I'm a member there ) said he will take over this mod and update it with some additional features. hint hint, moon dimension? I'm not so very certain of this takeover yet. He even cancled his previous mod, industrial gasses.

Oh so that's how it works. I always use the goggles for this anyway.

But if you do that, there would be 6^4=1296 combinations possible. That's a lot of crystals.

You can update minecraft. It doesn't affect Technic/Tekkit or any other pack provided through the launcher.
