Quarry is a mod, and mod does not have permission to mine in your land, so you have to place the main quarry block in your protected area but the frame (part that mines, orange one) must be in unprotected area, in that way your quarry will be protected and mining, hope it helps.

In multicraft your latest messages should be in top, and you scrolled bottom of it. Also, to set up Tekkit server you need to rename .jar and use any of those from default list. Hope this helps. Check for tutorials in knowledgebase.

this does do that, using some block log plugin or something, personaly I use CoreProtect I think. It makes so that the destroyed block will be able to be restored and you can see who destroyed it
