Which version of technic/tekkit are you using? And can you verify that in your texture pack .zip, that /netheroresprites/block0.png is there?
-
I heard it has also been happening to mmo-champion, elitist jerks and a ton of other websites. I'm thinking that a bad ad got through the google ad services, and the website for that ad has a bed reputation.

[32x] JohnSmith Technician's Remix[Infinis for Technic 7/Tekkit 3]

The only thing that we're able to texture right now is a GUI, a different version of a bucket, and an ore. I'm going to say hold off on it until it starts to become a larger mod. -

Since we have pretty much finished all of the stock tekkit/technic mods, we're slowly moving into other mods. Right now I'm working on Mine and blade, and after that I hope to texture metallurgy 2, since both of those are compatible with tekkit/technic. -
You don't need to install a bunch of patches, as long as you download a texture pack from this forum. I'm pretty sure every single texture pack here has every patch in one download, to save you the hassle.

Not sure if anybody has said this yet, but if you go into the Google drive folder, link is in the op, and you scroll down until you find the file called "ROLLING_CHANGELOG.txt", that is the current changelog, and all of the updates will be posted there. If anything major happens, for example, a support of a new mod or so, we will post in this thread. -
It would be very pretty to look at, but far beyond my skill level.
-
There's no current mod support for it, and the chances of it getting mod support are pretty slim. With the massive resolutions of the pack, it would take quite a long time to texture all of technic.

John Lemon's is the official mod support? That's depressing. Most, if not all of his blocks look like they are from a different texture pack. -
Try installing this optifine patch. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/103341691/ItemRendererHD.class

Alright, the chainsaw, both mining drills, and all of the cells are in the google drive version. -

Laz was planning on something for the drill, but I'll definitely take a look at them. -

As far as I'm aware, didn't Johnsmith already put in randomobs support? I know that he didn't do connected textures mod, which I might work on. -

Laz said in the original post that he would post an update at the top of the OP whenever we change something notable. No, it is still a WIP, although we are very close to finishing. -

Most of the GUI's and blocks are done, what else are you talking about? -

You can go to the google drive folder and you can download it as a zip. This just helps us greatly rather than having to upload the texture pack to media fire every time we update something. -

Are you talking about the Terrain.png and items.png? If that's the case, it's because laz decided to use a terrain.png from someone on YouTube. Or are you talking about all of the mod items? If so, do you have any suggestions for it? -

Yes, take the zip that you have downloaded and plce it in your texture packs folder. -

You can periodically check the drive folder and see if it is updated. That way you don't have to come to the forums and see if Laz updated the original post saying that it was updated. -
