  1. Is it receiving a redstone pulse? And what are you trying to deploy?
  2. I don't know the specific commands for the region protection plugin you are using, but you need to add the player [redpower] or [Redpower] to the region. This is the case in every other protection plugin I've used, including faction, towny, world guard, and residences. The same goes for buildcraft machines, you'll need to add [buildcraft] or [buildcraft] to the region as a player.
  3. TYou should be able to use blockbreakers. They perform one block break every time they recieve a redstone pulse. Maybe you could post some screenshots?
  4. I don't know why it wouldnt work outside of residences. Are you using another protection plugin you didnt mention? Ifbthey arentbworking outside of a protected area, youre doing something wrong
  5. Try adding the block breaker to the residence like so: /res pset <residence> [blockBreaker] trusted true If that doesnt work try replacing [blockBreaker] with [blockbreaker] or [Redpower]
  6. The server I'm playing on is updated to the latest release build of Tekkit Classic. However, NEI won't show IC2 recipes. It shows the other recipes just fine. Is there way to fix this? A plugin/ patch for NEI perhaps? If so, where would I find it and where specifically would I install it? Thanks.
  7. So, since it's possible to get to the world above the nether, does anyone know if you can use the Faction plugin to claim and protect land up there? Thanks
  8. Thank you everyone for your help.
  9. I don't generally use EE, but I think I remember watching a youtube video where the guy cut down trees with one hit using an EE tool. Problem is, I can't find that video again. So is there a tool that will let me chop down a tree with one hit, and if so, what is it called? Perhaps it wasn't even EE, I don't remember for sure. Thanks
  10. Okay, thanks for the help. Much appreciated.
  11. Okay, just for the sake of additional clarity, if someone were to run the installer, install technic, drag the Extra Biomes XL zip into the mods folder, then they could run the save? No tinkering needed? Thanks
  12. If I have a world that is pure Technic plus Extra Biomes XL, and I upload that save, would someone who also has just those mods installed, with no config changes, be able to download and play that world without issue? Thanks
  13. I'd like to go on record as stating I said it first *copyright* =D
  14. I'd totally download the Chemistry/Geology one, except that it messes with iron and gold. I need iron too badly for IC2 to make it harder to get. As for the gases, meh. Cool, but useless as far as I can tell, with a side of dangerous.
  15. I believe charge makes a world where lightning strikes a lot.
  16. Here's what I did, in more detail: open .technicssp copy contents of .technicssp open .minecraft delete everything inside paste copied data into .minecraft open bin in .minecraft open modpack.jar copy contents of modpack.jar open minecraft.jar delete contents of minecraft.jar paste copied data into minecraft.jar delete modpack.jar That's what I did, and it's working fine for me.
  17. If you copy all your files into the Minecraft launcher it will remove this problem. You need to make sure you copy your .modpack files into Minecraft's .minecraft folder though.
  18. I beg of you, forum staff, rid us of this foul presence. Kellering him is insufficient, ALL my watched threads are becoming infected with his ridiculous server advertisement. For the love of God, remove this pestilence.
  19. My preferred method until I get a reactor going is auto-manned water mills. What you do is set up a bank of water mills. Then run pneumatic tubing under it, and glass fiber or ULV tin cable along the top, and connect it to a storage device. Then set up a deployer next to an infinite water source. Then set up a filter that pulls filled water buckets out of the deployer and sends them to the pneumatic tubing which fills the water mills. Then set up a retriever that pulls empty buckets and sends them back to the deployer. And you will need a timer to run the 3 redpower machines, and the retriever needs bluetricity from either thermopiles or redpower solor panels. I know it's complicated, but one set of redpower machines like that can manage 50 water mills. With 60 water mills running on this set-up I can power an auto-process line running 3 rotary macerators, 4 induction furnaces, a singularity compressor, and an advanced extractor. And still have EU left over to charge a bank of MFSU's. When I fill those up I can even run a mass-fab for a while.
  20. I don't know if it is in 7.2.7, I assumed it was because of your question, lol. Regardless, I'm not updating yet. I have something like 10 major additional mods installed, and don't really want to update them all just to find out =P
  21. My bad, I have 7.2.6, not 7.2.7. Didn't realize a new non-recommended version was out =P
  22. That's odd, because I have the latest Technic version, and I just checked, and it most definitely isn't in there. And if you follow the link above, TehKrush specifically says, in bold no less, that it doesn't yet work with BC 3.X.X. They must not have updated the list. EDIT: It IS in Tekkit, but not Technic
  23. Last I knew, you could use a jetpack fueler to refill IndustrialCraft 2 jetpacks with fuel. You hold it in your hand with your jet in your inventory or on your back, and right click the tank of fuel. Although I can't find it in Technic, I know it was in Tekkit last time I played it. Not sure what mod it's from. To craft: Place in top row of crafting table in this order: waterproof wooden pipe/ rubber/ stick EDIT: It is from the mod Power Converters, now maintained by TehKrush. It isn't in Technic because it is for Buildcraft 2.X.X, and Technic is Buildcraft 3.X.X
