did you have any issues getting this to work? I've always just put the .zip file into the texture pack folder, but I'm getting the black and white icon for this pack...

I have the same issue, I'm over lvl 40 and have at least 15 to 20 bookshelves around my enchantment table. still can't enchant anything after the update. I was able to enchant before the update though.

Lets start a thread about amazing things you have found in hexxit. It can be anything from beautiful scenery, to oddly placed villages. Today I found this landscape that blew my mind, I love the temperate forest biomes, and this one takes the cake. It was also chalked full of rare ores to boot!

its not the void at first, it spawns me at the proper coordinates, but nothing else loads and I continue to fall until I hit -1 elevation. no matter how many times I do it it just doesn't work with long distances for me.

I think the ruins add an atmosphere to the game that I didn't know was lacking until now. You don't feel as alone anymore.

it can't be lag if I've left it running for 20 minutes and it still won't load the spawn area. I also don't tele to areas that I've never been too because you need to know the elevation in order to tele with the map.

why so easymode?

I always thought that things around my area were changing slightly while I wasn't looking, but I thought it was just paranoia

somebody mentioned that comet kitties were removed in the last patch, so that would be why you haven't seen any.

I've tried this, and it only works in short distances for me. If you try to tele from any great distance you will end up in the void until you tele back to where you were previously. It doesn't load the world after you teleport for some reason.

don't expect any textures for hexxit-specific mods, like hexxit gear. just common sense. in time somebody will get a texture pack out for it.

tried putting on meteor armor on and back off and it worked, thanks.

i found an axe with magnetism, and used it once. Now I permanently have this magnetism which makes it impossible to throw unwanted items into a pit of lava. I've already got a chest full of backpacks full of broken armour! Has anybody else experienced this? if so did you find a way to solve it?

pick your desired mod pack and press "launch" it will automatically download and install the mod pack for you, like all Launchers do.
