From what i get from this, theres a problem with your craft bukkit version. Tell me, where did you get your craftbukkit.jar from?

How are you running your server? Local? GameServer(McMyAdmin), Dedicated server(SSH)?

in the mmmpowersuit.cfg there is an option that says D:"Plasma Cannon.Plasma Explosiveness.Voltage.multiplier"=0.5 just change it to D:"Plasma Cannon.Plasma Explosiveness.Voltage.multiplier"=0 That will make the plasma cannon unable to break blocks

Getting any console spam? When ever ive had an error like this, its because of all the spam thats happening in the console.

Try deleting the these files in your world folder forcedchinks level level.dat_old Modflags session.lock
