  1. By that logic, Tekkit should just add every mod under the sun and force server administrators to delete the ones they don't want. This is probably the best option - EE needs to be more customization options so it can be tailored to the environment.
  2. Agreed; I was immensely impressed with the depth of Tekkit until I learned about EE. The fact that it's disabled on what seems to be the majority of servers should be a red flag... In SSP I imagine it's great fun, and it's probably very useful for a small subset of Tekkit servers - But not the majority.

  8. Regarding 1.4... http://gamerant.com/minecraft-1-4-details/ If modders make use of the upcoming API, won't that render Tekkit somewhat redundant?
  9. Is there a list somewhere of every block/item contained in Tekkit/Technic? I've been exploring the various IC2, BuildCraft and EE2 sites but I can't find a complete list of everything Tekkit adds to Vanilla... Everything is really spread. I'd like to comb through it and learn about each item so I can decide whether or not to permit it via NoItem. There's probably a page or thread containing exactly what I'm looking for somewhere that everyone else knows about, so my sincerest apologies for any retardation I may have exposed you to. Edit: This possibly belongs in the forum below this one...
