TELL ME A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR MINECRAFT EXPERIENCE: I've been playing Minecraft on and off for about two years now. Vanilla, Tekkit, Feed the Beast, Custom Modpacks, and now Big Dig. I'm well versed in many of the mods and love to help people out. WHATS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO IN MINECRAFT?: I enjoy building power systems and electrical grids. I love producing enough power from a variety of mods to power any and everything I can think of.

No. Minecraft experience to date: Started playing vanilla Minecraft about a year ago, discovered Tekkit about 4-5 months ago. I'd say I have pretty strong knowledge about Tekkit now overall. Tekkit is always more fun with people around. The server I've been playing on has recently suffered a loss of participation, and has become very lonely as a result. I'm looking for a good group of people to share creations with, and to draw inspiration from. I'm also always willing to help people with technical issues, be they related to gameplay, or actually getting the game to play properly. I'm hoping to play on this server specifically because it seems well thought out, and the screenshots look amazing! Many of the builds seem like something that would spur me to doing my very best work!

As Frequenter said, sorry everyone for the long delays! I've just gone through and added the following players to our whitelist: Ravenblack, Tahibub1992, BarracudaKnight, Liamdoghead, Dezlan, Mr_Pivot, Pugg138, and Leneos. A few of these new members are below the age requirement, but I feel their applications were strong enough to warrant a chance on the server. Still looking at new applications, so keep them coming!

Hey there guys, I'd definitely say a lot of the lag has to do with the storm at the moment. I can only imagine the stress currently being put on whatever communication and power lines that are left active at the moment. I'm not sure which of our players live where, but I'd also say the lack of activity has to do with the storm as well. Everyone hang in there and stay safe while we wait for things to get back to normal! Thoughts and prayers with everyone affected as well. As far as anchors and tethers go, I'm not aware of any in use. That being said, I only know what's in use in my little spot of land anyway. Freq, it might be a good idea to put some kind of a note about that in the server message, just to make sure the word is out to everyone. Hope everyone is doing well, and that I see you guys on the server again soon!

Your In Game Name: KheironA17 Your Age: 21 How often are you planning on playing: I usually play 4-5 nights a week, depending on my work schedule. For experienced players, the structure you are most proud of building: I love working with power and EU, and so far my favorite tekkit build has been a dual, six chambered nuclear reactor. 100% protected from meltdown, providing 2030 EU/T per reactor. It was complete with automated ice production and cooling, as well as uranium refinement and processing, which deposited brand new cells right outside the front door of the reactor. It even had password protected doors, which could only be opened from a central computer. (Or a redstone torch, but that doesn't count!) For new players, what are you hoping to achieve on Verve: For everyone, why do you think Verve is the server for you: A friend and I have been looking for a stable, active server that doesn't cut back on what you can do. This server seems to be it! Additional Comments: I'm a mature and respectful player, just looking to enjoy minecraft with other people of a similar attitude. IGN: KheironA17 Age: 21 Project you plan to build: Ever since starting about learning about Tekkit, I've wanted to build a nuclear power plant to supply EU to a city/town. Now that may cause a red flag, but I've made several before with just a friend and myself, and have never experienced a meltdown. And after testing the damage of explosions in single player creative, I would never build one on a server without encasing the entire reactor in a triple layer of reinforced stone. It takes some extra work, but on the off chance it does go critical, nothing escapes to cause damage. Minecraft Experience: I started playing Minecraft on the Xbox, probably about seven to eight months ago. I moved to PC Minecraft about two to three months ago, and have been playing Tekkit for the past month. Even playing without Pistons on the Xbox, I still always had fun, even playing by myself as I made new structures. I even still have my original Xbox Minecraft world! Tekkit Experience: Over the past month, I've been playing on a private server with another friend of mine, and have focused heavily on IC2, EE, and Redpower 2. From making quarries which automatically sorted everything they mined, to full secure nuclear power plants, to automatic crafting systems that just simply needed you to load the resources into a chest and pull a lever, I've done a lot in a short period of time. More recently I've been getting into ComputerCraft, and have even set up passwords to be transmitted wirelessly over Rednet. Just getting started with LUA, but I'm really enjoying it. If you consider my application, drop me a message, and I'd be happy to show you my reactor/computer project on the private server! Why you want to join the server: Playing with just a friend or two is great, but I'm now looking for a larger community to expand upon ideas with. The more people around, the more useful some of my creations can become. It's also great to be able to see what a larger group of people can make, and use it for inspiration. Sometimes you just get stuck on an idea, or design, and you see something another person makes and it sparks your own creativity, giving you just that boost you need to make the next big leap in a project. This server specifically seems like it's very well laid-out, coordinated, and maintained. That really appeals to my personal OCD. I get really picky about aesthetics, and prefer things to look as organized as possible when working on projects. Working with other like-minded people seems like a good way to make large, functional, visually appealing builds to help advance the server. Other Notes: I'm a respectful player and person, that enjoys all aspects of Minecraft. I have a microphone and am more than willing to use any voice service to get to know the community.
