I think he meant for it to be that way, since he removed all of the p. stone recipes except a few. Although, it could be he removed all of those recipes BECAUSE the p. stone popped out of the crafting table. I have no idea. Anyway, you can do all of those recipes on the Transmution Tablet once you teach it those things anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Yeah, this is probably the best thing to do in this situation. You should probably only use the recommended build unless you are bug testing, as it is likely to be quite glitchy.

You need to set an op, or else everyone on the server can spawn items. Also, if you are referring to the number of pages of items in NEI, the amount of pages depends on the size of your Tekkit window. Hope this helps.

You COULD if you wanted to disable Redpower, but that would remove all features of the mod, so I wouldn't reccomend this.
