branden1716 Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 My tekkit will not load. I have tried many things minor but nothing too major yet, I didn't want to screw anything up. When I load up my Technic Launcher and click play on tekkit all it does is when I click it, the Technic Launcher disappers very briefly, then reappears. I do not know why, my tekkit hasn't been working for quite a few weeks now and I need help from some computer pros. TheGeneralGamer Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 I had the exact same error message, but it only appears on java version 8 AKA the java version for 64 bit windows 8, which I personally have. That seems to also be what is causing from the last line of text, when it says support was removed in java version 8.
