Any way to disable NEI?

Is there any way to disable NEI from my tekkit server. Tired of cheaters. I'm dumb so please be specific.

Not the client-side portion. The server-side, sure.

Just delete it off the server, it's in the mods directory.

I deleted it from the mod directory and its still in the game when i log in:/

That's the client-side version. You can delete it for yourself but you can't disable the client-side for other people.

You can't force the GUI to go away on the client, but they won't be able to cheat with it anymore.

its still fully functional. i reloaded the server and all that and it still works fine. i run the server, is there any way i can make it disabled for all the people that log into my server??

What do you mean by fully functional?

The NEI cheat is a glitch that allows players to trick the server into giving them saved inventories. Without the server side part of the mod, the server just gives them a funny look when they try the cheat.

The core part of NEI on the clients still functions, which is a list of all items their client has installed through mods and the recipes for them. That you cannot change, at all. No point in it anyway, unless you think people knowing how to craft stuff is cheating.

Also, what do you mean by reloaded?

Do you mean you restarted your server, or did you do exactly what a dozen posts on this board tell you NOT to do and have used the /reload command?
