DaAssembler Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Whenever I try to open Hexxit when it crashed for the first time, it said there was an error trying to delete the damage indicators mod, so I tried to do it manually. When I tried to do that, it wouldn't let me delete it. Eventually I tried to delete the technic launcher itself and the .technic file, but it won't let me do that either! Can someone please help? Moderators Munaus Posted December 14, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 14, 2014 the only reason, that I can think of, you can't delete the .technic folder is because you have the launcher opened. It happens on any software, if you tried to delete files from a program that is opened and running, it will give an error. Close the launcher window and login window, then try to delete the folder and restart the launcher. If that fails, post a report with details (your operating system, java version) on the Tracker with your issue so we can more thoroughly help you.
