Forge will not install

I'm officially stuck, I have followed everyone's advise, I made sure the zip only had a /bin, /config and /mod folders, my modpack.jar is in the bin folder, but for some reason forge will not load, all I get is vanilla minecraft, any advise?

Try changing dl=0 to dl=1

I did that, the modpack does download and all of the minecraft files get installed but not forge

I looked through your pack, you forgot to include the modpack.jar inside the bin file. put it in there, then upload the zip file to dropbox, it should work then.

• Your modpack.jar has the wrong contents. The modpack.jar file is simply the Forge universal binary JAR file renamed to modpack.jar.
