Redpower frames crashing nearby clients

Title: Redpower frames crashing nearby clients

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7 and Windows XP Servcie Pack 3

Java Version: 7_5

Description of Problem:

Since the previous server update I have been experincing a reccuring problem when using redpower frames with an enderchest attached. (I had previously built a four way moving platform with one attached and used it without issue)

Whenever the frame motor attempts to push the frame with the chest attached it now crashs the clients of any player within a certain radius (presumabley anybody close enough to have the device loaded into their client)

The crash is so severe that even the normal error reporting from the client is affected and I am unable to recover the error through normal means. I found out the enderchest seemed to be the cause via trial and error testing. Sorry I could not be more speicifc as to the nature of the error.

One of my players has reported this also. I haven't been able to reproduce the error. It could be that I'm in the same LAN as the server and this is a ping issue...

Even when no enderchests are attached any more it still happens sometimes, worldanchors crash too. I heard something about putting those in carts, but I still have to try that out. This bug is really inconsistent.

I see TilePointerRenderer here, does this mean timers make it crash? I mean, it seems to me that TilePointerRenderer renders the turning part of a timer.

We did extensive tests with a moving house to cause this issue. Mostly it would be a specific block moving from one chunk to another (this was actually the first thing we discovered when we tested the system). World anchors didn't seem to be a problem with us, but we did find several other issues:

Ender chests randomly reset, usually after the second or third movement, but seemingly always between chunks.

Redpower timer's crash when moving between chunks only if they are being powered to lock them in place (we did this with a lever)

Diamond chest (from the Iron Chests Mod) is a bit disputed. We think it was moving between two blocks (but not chunks) and hadn't fully loaded before during a server reboot. Long story short, the entire area was corrupted and we had to delete regenerate the 32 chunk region.

We haven't tried these yet with 3.1.2 but I am honestly afraid to now with Iron chests.
