Error downloading file for the following pack: Castrums Gamings Pixelmon Pack

So i found this pack that i liked, i copy and pasted the URL into my launcher and when i pressed "Play" this message came up: "Error downloading file for the following pack: Castrums Gamings Pixelmon Pack". I contacted the mod maker as the launcher sugested and he had no clue because there were new people joining still, i reinstalled the modpack and java. I even switched from Java 8 to 7. 

I have no clue why, i tried diffrent dropbox URLs and it didnt work.

I am starting to give up and this is the last thing on my list so... can anyone help me?

You need to change ?dl=0 to ?dl=1 for the DropBox link to work.
