Need help with my pack something went wrong when i updated a bunch of the mods

lastnight i update about 30 mods in my pack. the pack works great on my home build that i have for testing build on a normal minecraft instance on at launcher. but when i download the modpack from my technic launcher that game works all the way till building world and then just idles and does nothing i get no crash report. any idea where to look for the problem. please keep it simple im very new to pack building if u can
