laggy problemo

Hello,

 

i love tekkit but i've played about 10 hrs on my new single player world and now iam lagging

i did a large quarry and iam filling it up again whit the filler (dirt,sand,cobble) maby thads why ?

and i cleared alot of area whit the filler, maby thads why ?

my hardware of my pc is ok (8gb DDR3, gtx970, 5670k i5 cpu)
