Antivirus Program: i updated tekkit and now when i try to play multiplayer i need to install all these mods, which i don't know how to. i think it deleted the mods i had before.

don't update tekkit. use the recommended version, because there is no public server for 3.1.0.

Go into your launcher options and change it to "Always use recommended build."
