To answer a few questions: 1 - yes there is a way down from spawn into admin city, you just need to find it, and to get back up you just need to /spawn 2 - the rules are pretty lax, we do expect people to protect their own stuff from grief, like locking a door, you need to protect your own area, all you need is a golden shovel, and use the grief prevention plugin provided!
