Mod packs wont start

Whenever I try and press "play" on a modpack the loading bar will appear on the bottom, but when it gets to 100% nothing happens. I'm sure it's something I'm doing but I'm new to modepacks and couldn't find a better forums to post it on.

logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window.
If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs

How much ram have you allocated to the launcher? Try 3GB.
