Please Help! Tekkit server probs. PLEASE HELP!

I am trying to get a tekkit server working with my friend. He started a 1.6.4 server. We then couldn't use anything that involved tekkit. We realized it was just a vanilla server. so we got the tekkit server folder and tried running the tekkit application. It would get running and stop at %35-%55. the memory gets to 0% i have 5 gigs of space open and it doesnt help it. when i run the launch file it says C:/Users/Charles./Desktop/Tekkit ikr>java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

Error occurred during initialization of UM

ive tried moving my java folder from program files 86 to program files and go to control panel and put a new path and classpath. I wasnt sure if it helped so i redownloaded java with the latest one.   I am using hamachi and i put my IP in the launch.sh folder after server- ip=. Here are some screens

I am using tekkit not tekkitlite or anything.

Please help! me and my friend wanna play very bad to this awesome mod. Hep is very appreciated!
